I love the natural lighting
Who doesn’t? Either the main living room, main bedroom, kids’ room, or office/guest room blessed with natural lighting; when we were looking for a house to buy, this was one of the main criteria for my wife and me, and we found this. We can’t imagine how much happiness this natural lighting brings into the house. We never had to power on the lights before sunset all summer. Natural lighting is a bigger part of natural living for my family and me.
Are you at the home office?
While the other two bedrooms are upstairs, this one guest bedroom is isolated from the additional bedrooms, giving guests a lot of privacy. During the pandemic, this bedroom was transformed into an office room to create those boundaries between office and home.
Lovely Kitchen
Who doesn’t love kitchens? When we bought this house, the kitchen was one of the things which made our decision easy. The kitchen has many cabinets and ample space for anything to fit in. It was no wonder my friends chose my house to host many parties. With easy access to all the cooking appliances in galley style, it helps to prepare lunches/Dinners when there are bigger groups during festivals or some random parties.
Connected Living rooms never fall short.
Is having connected living rooms a good idea? That’s what my friends like most in my house; having arranged living rooms this way makes it look better and more lively. There is always some space left for something in the place, for kids to play, watch movies with family, etc., or for birthday parties; having these connected living rooms never felt short.
Backyard
As a family, we love spending lots of time working in the backyard—planting fruit trees like Figs, Oranges, and Peaches. We were blessed to have those fruit trees and Roses in the backyard—a very nice place to host BBQ with family and friends during the summer. Friends enjoyed outer space with fresh air.
Neighborhood
Where are my kids?
Just a minute’s walk from John Mise Park, it is never easy for the kids to get bored. With a huge park, tennis courts, basketball courts, and play structures, it is not only for kids but for my wife and me. It was a happening place when it came to a morning or evening walks.
Amazing community
I liked being part of this community of homes with a very quiet and friendly community. These long walkways around the community helped me achieve my health goals during the pandemic; you don’t have any excuses for physical workouts.
Like Shopping?
Enjoyed evening walks to the Valley Fair Mall, Saratoga Shopping Center, just a mile away, restaurants, and movie theatres, all just close by.
Are you traveling soon?
Very close to San Jose Airport and easy to catch Caltrain Lawrence station is minutes away.
Overall It was not just a house but a Home built for happiness.
