My favorite thing about this house is that it is a minute away from my favorite Grocery store, restaurant, coffee shop, and ice cream stop. It is within walking distance to the kids’ school and library and mostly to the BART station. Enjoyed the parades and festivals in the downtown area. I got lucky to have the banks with safe deposits within a minute’s drive.

Spacious Kitchen

Who doesn’t love bigger kitchens? When we bought this house, the
kitchen was one thing that made our decision easy. The huge kitchen has many cabinets and ample space for anything to fit in. It was always fun to plan birthday parties or

family get-togethers. At any time, four people can simultaneously cook and help prepare lunches/dinners in the kitchen when there are bigger groups during festivals or random parties.

Best way to eat healthy

We discover the real richness in life and can eat fresh and quality food every day. This house has enough space to cultivate for my family and friends, at least in summer. We planted the best fruit trees and started growing vegetation. It has provided great produce and helped my kids get into the roots and learn things. Our whole family enjoyed working in the backyard, including the kids. It was so much a sense of happiness as my kids snacking while playing in the backyard.

Beautiful Garage or Adults’ hideout Place

It is the favorite place for all our family members. Since it is fully finished, like a living room finished cupboards, it is a multipurpose area that used to be transformed into a media room, a play area for kids, a party place, a reading room, and an exercise studio filled with many positive vibes. This beautiful living place never falls short of these activities. One of our favorite activities is to fill up a coffee mug, open the garage, and see kids play basketball with their friends from the community. (shhh, this garage is a perfect hideout for me during my “Me Time”).
