When I return from the office and step down from the car, the landscaping attracts me first. The landscape features a lush, green setting with an abundance of trees. The front yard has tall, leafy trees that provide shade and add a touch of grandeur to the overall scenery. It’s a picturesque sight, inviting you to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature at your doorstep.

Connected Living room & high ceiling

Is having connected living rooms a good idea? That’s what my friends like most in my house. Having arranged living rooms this way makes it look huge and feels lively. There is always some space left for something in the house, either for kids to play, watch movies with family, etc. or

birthday parties, having these connected living rooms never felt short.

The house boasts a high ceiling giving it an expansive appearance. The elevated ceiling creates a sense of openness & spaciousness, enhancing the overall ambiance. The extra vertical space allows ample natural light to flood the rooms, making them feel airy and inviting.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully laid out, ensuring a spacious and relaxing environment for rest & rejuvenation. The size of the master bedroom allows for various furniture arrangements, providing flexibility in creating a cozy space. Plenty of room to include a king bed, bedside tables, dresser or wardrobe, and even a seating area if desired. The most favorite part of the house is the Master bedroom.

Backyard with lush lawn and firepit area

The backyard features a lovely combination of a lush and charming fire pit area. The well-maintained lawn provides a spacious, inviting space for outdoor activities, whether it’s a game to catch, a picnic, or to host a party. Adjacent to the lawn we have carefully designed a fire pit area to create a cozy warm gathering spot surrounded by comfortable seating. It is one of the favorite spots in the house

Neighborhood & amazing community

As soon as you step out of the house, you will see mountain views surrounding the neighborhood. Just a minute’s walk away from the home, we have Penitencia Park for kids and adults to relax, and play, and it is the happening place when it comes to morning or evening walks. The neighborhood is known for its peaceful and tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city and traffic as it is the community. Whether it’s during the day or night, you can expect to experience a peaceful ambiance and the streets are typically free from heavy traffic. Most importantly, the neighborhood is quiet and safe for a family to live
