Beautiful landscaping in the front of the house

When we step out of the house in the morning, we first notice the well-structured, beautiful and pleasing landscape. The lush green grass belt in the front of the house is calming and ravishing. In summer, every morning I drink coffee at the porch swing to watch birds and see what’s blooming. What a perfect way to start the day with nature’s beauty! The huge grass field in front of the house is a playground for kids, right at home.

Elegant living room with skylight and fireplace – lots of natural lighting

This sweet home has natural lighting in all the rooms (including the garage). When we were looking for a house to buy, this was one of our main criteria, and we found this beauty! The amount of happiness this natural light brings into the house is unfathomable. All summer long, we never power on the light before sunset. For us, natural lighting is a bigger part of natural living.

Spacious Kitchen with walk-in pantry

Who doesn’t love a bigger kitchen with plenty of storage space! The kitchen is huge with so many cabinets and ample space to fit everything in. My favorite spot in the kitchen is a separate space for a cute coffee bar. No wonder why my friends always choose my house to host gatherings. There is enough space for cooking when there are bigger groups during festivals or house parties.

Garage (Is it really a Garage??)

Since the garage is fully finished, we have transformed it into a party place and our Zumba studio. We love having our friends over for a Zumba party in the garage. It has all the positive vibes, gathering space, and great natural lighting.

Spacious Master Bedroom – did I mention an extra-large bedroom?

Yes, that’s correct. This huge master suite is just like a dream suite from a 5-star resort with all the natural lighting and a beautiful flower tree view. This room can easily fit in two king beds (yes, it’s that huge!). The master bath attached to this room has all the advanced features and it’s a cherry on the cake. A spacious walk-in closet is attached to the bedroom. This room is a “wow” factor in the entire house.

Gorgeous Guest Bedroom (Almost the size of master)

The guest bedroom with an attached full-size bathroom is something we had always wanted. There is enough space between both the master suites for privacy. This guest bedroom also has a tree view with lots of natural lighting.

Neighborhood

Amazing community

We love being part of this super wide community with more than enough guest parking spots. The long walkways around the community help us achieve our walk goals.

Prime location

You are just a mile away from almost EVERYTHING! (major banks, Starbucks, Peet’s coffee, Chipotle, Subway, Grocery, FedEx, UPS, USPS, almost all cuisine restaurants, and many more!) Not only this, there is a BART station within 2 miles.

Overall, this is not just a house but a home full of happiness, joy, positivity, and emotions (in every single corner).
