Vijith & Namitha: HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE
Vijith & Namitha: HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE
What was your favorite thing about working with Ama realtor?
Yeah, Amar and Shri, I think we were very lucky to have met them and been introduced to them right from day one. Shri has been super helpful and very informative. She's a lot of knowledge, and you know, with them, it's just not about buying a house. It's not just like within the four walls of the house like they really look out for you more on a holistic basis, like they look at the Neighborhood, you know, like the future Prospect of the home and how is it going to be for you living there whether it's commuting to work or you know like future schools Etc and uh they're also like very available very insightful on a lot of things that we never factored in when we started looking at homes. So I think definitely their experience over the years is huge and holds a lot of weight. So, definitely, I would recommend them to any future home buyers.
So everything she said, what I want to add, is basically they're not your everyday realtor,
Yeah, so they really take this personally, and they help you find a home rather than just closing on their next deal, so they try their best.
They work 24/7, and they're always available if you have any questions
Amar
Once we got into a ratified contract, Amar literally outlined the whole timeline for us. Yeah, and they just had to blindly follow that, and they knew what was coming up next.
It's laid out very well with not just each step but also the responsibility of the responsible party at each step, so who is responsible, whether it's you, you know, the realtor or the loan agent, whoever it is. So that way, it really gives you a good picture of what your action items are going forward, and it lays out a good map to close before the planned date.
Connecting with our mother tongue was definitely great as well like she was able to give us like both Amar and Sri are able to give us like really good insights in terms of like How to maximize your investment opportunity? How do you make it a great home, and how do you come out better on the other end as well? But yeah..
WOW... We're glad to meet them...
Oh my gosh, thank you so much for the feedback, and again, Congratulations to you guys.
