I was introduced to Amar by a good friend of mine. After meeting with Amar, I understood that I was not just hiring a Realtor®. I understood that by hiring Amar, I hired a well seasoned, experienced person who commits to his clients. Amar first presented a road map for the whole process and guided me at each stage very patiently. Always he was relaxed and pleasant to deal with. In the process I have asked him several questions and he kindly answered them in detail. He treated the whole process like project and he finished tasks by the time agreed with seller, which gave great confidence about him. When seller and his agent said that they will not pay anything toward closing cost, he went and negotiated and got nearly 3K in credit from them. When shopping around for loan he introduces best loan officers who directly work in big banks and I got the best interest rate. He always stands by client side even if the situation comes to staining his business relationship with his associates. Amar also understood that I have a full time job and scheduled all the meetings as per my calendar. Also he helped to expedite and complete property inspection at short notice at no extra cost. We were a “first-home-buyers”– not very aware of the “good value” home areas. Home Search : Your approach was very meticulous and time efficient. You first wanted to know our choices. This was done by showing few “different” configurations one evening ( 5 different houses). This was the first very important steps to align what we wanted and what to expect within our budgets. Winning the offer: It was unbelievable to us that we won the offer. You were always confident that we will make it as we had a very nice complete offer. We were able to get the offer, despite the fact there where many better offers.. Facts speak for themselves, if we look at the amount we put in the offer and the Appraiser’s report – we have just paid One Dollar extra. Closing the offer: Amar, you are not yet another agent – You are a leader of a fantastic Team. Your execution is flawless. You can move things fast, you can make things happen. We were on the edge , but you were the soothing figure – always confident that we will meet all the terms and conditions of the offer. Your Loan Officers, your insurance agents, your back office people – all were phenomenal. They have worked long late hour on weekday and weekdays – that tells how much dedicated this team is to work for their customers. Hats Off to this team –an example I would love to quote at my work place. Final Move : The final move has been smooth as ever. We got access to the home 24 hours in advance. This was very helpful in our move. You are always accessible if we need any help. Overall, I would call Amar and his team – Great understanding of the real estate market and industry. Amar handled the entire rental transaction in a very professional way. Starting with an initial home inspection, he guided us through what needs to be done to make the home even more desirable. On the marketing front he did a phenomenal job of composing a virtual tour of the property (which was actually going beyond the call of duty for a rental property) and posted it on multiple web sites to grab “eyes” from potential clients. One such client was from out of state; and working with him, Amar closed the deal at a record pace. We were looking for our house in a very short time frame since we had to move out of our rented house unexpectedly. My sister gave Amar’s contact details and he gave us an appointment immediately. We met at his office at Palo Alto. He was very friendly and explained to us the whole home buying process in Bay Area. He immediately gave us the access to the tool which allows us to filter the listings as per our requirement. He also introduced us to his wife, Sri Amar, who was very diligent in evaluating the value of the property.
