Mills High School is a public high school in Millbrae, California, United States. It is the only high school in the San Mateo Union High School District and one of two high schools serving the community of Millbrae (the other being Capuchino High School). The school was founded in 1892 as a coeducational institution serving grades 9 through 12. The first class had just over 40 students. In its early years, Mills was housed in various locations throughout the city of Millbrae. The current campus on Mills Avenue opened in stages between 1928 and 1930. The main academic building was completed in 1928 and served as the only classroom building until 1963, when the science wing was added. A new gymnasium and locker room facilities were constructed in 1970.

Mills High School has consistently ranked as one of the top high schools in the state of California. In 2009, it was ranked as the #1 public high school in the San Francisco Bay Area by Niche.com. It is also a National Blue Ribbon School and a California Distinguished School. The Mills High School campus is located on Mills Avenue in Millbrae, California. The campus consists of the Main Academic Building and the Science Wing. There are also several portable classroom buildings located on campus.
